You may be eligible for the use of medical cannabis if deemed clinically appropriate by your certifying health care provider. Conditions such as cancer, HIV infection or AIDS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury with spasticity, epilepsy, inflammatory bowel disease, neuropathy, chronic pain, Huntington’s disease, as well as any other conditions deemed clinically appropriate by your certifying provider qualify.

Please talk to your practitioner about whether medical cannabis may help you.
