All address changes must first be communicated to the NY state Department of Health. Once a new medical marijuana card is issued with the new address, you may send a copy of this to patients@vireohealth.com and a member of our team will update your address on file. If placing a delivery order online, the delivery address must also match the address listed on the medical marijuana card.
