Team Member Spotlight: Alfredo Delgarito
Did you know that November is Native American Heritage Month? Established by Congress in 1990, the observance was originally called National American Indian Heritage Month. This month celebrates and recognizes the accomplishments of the peoples who were the original inhabitants, explorers, and settlers of the United States.
Vireo is proud to employ and serve many Native Americans. One Native American member of our team is Alfredo Delgarito, our dispensary manager in Gallup, New Mexico. Alfredo recently won a Q3 Vireo Values award! Here is what his teammates in New Mexico had to say about Alfredo in his nomination:
“Alfredo is always ready to go the extra mile for his team and his patients. Alfredo has gracefully navigated the challenges of keeping patients and staff safe in an area of the country devastated by COVID-19. His cheery disposition and compassionate nature have been a welcome source of leadership in the Gallup shop.”
