Vireo Kicks Off Holiday Season with NY’s First-Ever ‘Cyber Monday’ Sale of Medical Marijuana
$25 off online home delivery and in-store pickup orders
NEW YORK, NY – Today, Vireo Health of New York (“Vireo”), one of only five companies licensed by New York State to cultivate, manufacture and dispense medical marijuana, announced New York’s first-ever “Cyber Monday” sale of medical marijuana products purchased online at vireohealth.com/ny.
Patients may submit online Cyber Monday orders for a 24-hour period, beginning at midnight on Monday, November 27th through 11:59 p.m. that same day. All online orders for in-store pick up and home delivery totaling $100 or more will automatically receive a $25 discount.
“Vireo’s Cyber Monday sale will help make our products even more affordable for patients during the holiday season,” said Ari Hoffnung, CEO of Vireo Health of New York. “We also hope that by adopting familiar e-commerce promotional strategies, like those employed by Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy, we’ll be able to combat the lingering stigma associated with marijuana and its medicinal use.”
Vireo now offers patients that submit online orders at vireohealth.com/ny the option of selecting from one of two digital services: an in-store pickup service that ensures their selected products are waiting for them at one of the four conveniently located Vireo dispensaries, and a home delivery service covering New York City, Long Island, Westchester and Rockland Counties. The home delivery service, normally priced at $20, is being offered to patients at no cost for a limited time.

Our patients can now virtually consult with our pharmacists, conveniently order online and have our medications delivered straight to their door. All of this is possible without leaving the comfort of their own home, which is especially important to our homebound patients.”
Vireo’s Cyber Monday sale is limited to the first 1,000 patients that place online orders during the promotional period and may be combined with the free home delivery option currently in effect.
For example, without any discounts, a patient purchasing Vireo’s Green Bulk Oil for Vaporization for home delivery would normally pay a total of $153: $133 for the product and $20 for the home delivery fee. With the two promotions in effect, the patient would be eligible to receive $45 in discounts in the form of a $25 Cyber Monday discount and a $20 home delivery discount, reducing the total cost of their order by nearly 30% to $108.
Only patients certified in accordance with the New York State Department of Health’s Medical Marijuana Program regulations are eligible to participate in this promotion.
